Project Management Role Fulfillment

Fulfill a project management role on a short term or long term basis dependent on the client requirements. Our consultants will transfer all project knowledge to the permanent person or at the end of the project to the client organization. Stepping Stone Consulting consultants can join a project team at the beginning, middle, or towards the end of the project as needed. We can jump in with relatively minimal start up time.

Advice / Coaching

Our consultants have a wealth of knowledge and experience that they can draw upon and help other project managers navigate through the challenges they face. Our consultants serve as a sounding board, a safe zone, and a resource for the project managers. They help the project managers successfully navigate through the management of their projects.

Stepping Stone Consulting will work with clients to develop project management workshops that meet their organizations' needs. We will develop 1 or a series of workshops tailored specifically for them integrating their processes, culture, and requirements.
